The AFR Event Planner will work with the Reunion Chairman to finalize group menus, select and tailor tour programs, develop the hotel and event registration forms, book entertainment, and handle a myriad of other details. Our job is to guarantee a smooth operation, make the Chairman look like a hero, and provide the membership with an affordable and memorable military reunion. Our services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide the Reunion Chairman with a menu of tour suggestions.
  • Plan itineraries, charter buses, hire step-on guides, book attractions.
  • Group receives most competitive tour prices in top reunion cities coast to coast.
  • Discounted group meals are pre-negotiated. Final menus are approved by Chairman.
  • Assist with memorial service planning, book entertainment, VIP protocol, and more.
  • Determine nametag format and information.
  • Provide master hotel and event registration forms, the reunion program, and a general information sheet for the group’s newsletter.
  • AFR can handle the reunion mailing for a nominal fee.
  • Establish hotel master account, paid by AFR with funds received from registrations.
  • Confirm all meeting room setups with Chairman.
  • Hotel Banquet Event Orders are detailed by AFR Event Planner.
  • 30 days out final hotel and vendor guarantees are made.
  • Banquet seating provided onsite for larger groups.
