Reunion E-lliance for Military Reunions

After twenty-one years of planning successful reunions and conferences in dozens of cities coast to coast, AFR has developed the most complete alliance of reunion-friendly hotels in the hospitality industry.  Hotels must meet certain criteria in order to be considered an "ally."  Not all hotels have had adequate reunion or military-related experience.  AFR's job is to train hotel staffs to better understand our groups' needs and in the process negotiate a long list of concessions.  Hotels know they will be rewarded with future business; longterm relationships are what make AFR (and our hotel partners) as successful as we are.

Whether we plan your reunion or conference in full or not, allow AFR to negotiate a favorable contract for your group.  Provide AFR with your typical hotel needs (i.e. hospitality room, business meetings, banquets, comp rooms) and when/where (including hotel) you met the last two years. We will then provide a proposal, jointly review contract provisions, and secure the first step toward a successful reunion.  Hotel contracts are so riddled with legal gobbledeegook today - you need a professional on your side!
