Negotiating Power  Since we book well over 20,000 room-nights annually, AFR is able to secure the best available rates with our hotel and tour partners. We negotiate the most comprehensive contracts in the business, obtaining a long list of complimentary and discounted items for our military reunion groups.    

Generous Refund and Cancellation Policies  This is an area often overlooked by reunion groups.  Harsh refund and cancellation policies can be the most costly aspect of using military reunion planners. AFR does not offer cancellation insurance for a fee, without which a member is out of luck if he or she cancels reunion activities.  Offering absolutely no refunds after a six week cutoff, or even a ten day cutoff, is unreasonable. No one can plan for misfortune. AFR understands this and offers the most lenient refund and cancellation policies in the Military Reunion Market. There are no hidden fees or limitations. We do all we can to refund those who cannot attend the reunion.
