Military Reunions, DoD Conferences, and More

When you plan a military reunion, you need everything to run smoothly. With 28 years as the nation's top military reunion planners, Armed Forces Reunions has the professional experience and nationwide military-friendly network of hotel and tour partners you can depend on.

Extensive Experience

For almost three decades our company has planned successful military reunions, military association meetings, and DoD Yellow Ribbon events. We’ve planned hundreds of reunions from WWII, the Korean War, and Vietnam War and are beginning to help younger generations get started with their first reunions. In today’s hotel climate groups need a professional on their side to get them the best rates possible along with risk-free contracts.

Our years in the industry mean we have contacts coast to coast, all of whom work together to give you the best experience possible. We have an extensive network of military-friendly tour operators and hotels, and have staff members spread across 44 states.

With our five staffing departments, we can meet a wide range of needs and take care of your entire reunion, from the early planning stages to the cleanup. Three of our departments work full-time, ensuring that someone is always here to help you and answer your questions.

  • Find the perfect reunion site

Armed Forces Reunions Incorporated
On behalf of the officers and members of the Americal Division Veterans Association (ADVA) I wish to extend our heartfelt appreciation to you and your great team for making the ADVA National Reunion a memorable and expertly executed event.  I have not seen a military reunion done in a more professional manner.  We were so impressed with AFR’s expertise at planning the logistics, on-site registration, cost controls, and contracting for all tours, hotel set-ups, and meals.  The AFR banquet seating method allowed members and guests to select their table-mates, with printouts of seating assignments posted outside the event.  For the first time ADVA members could enjoy arriving at the banquet.  The ADVA National Commander and the ADVA Executive Committee have requested that I develop a six year plan for the exclusive use of AFR for our upcoming reunions.
